Seems odd that congress can pass laws with no investment into the results of their laws. It would be like congress passing laws regarding the health care in Mexico. They have no responsibility to effect changes which they themselves are not a part of. The constitution didn't award royalty to the congress. Quit acting like a monarchy. -
