USCIS and DOS changed the priority dates for categories all of sudden and this is causing financial and mental loss

Respected Congressmen and seneters, We have paid for all medical exam expenses and other paper works now , after reading the Oct visa bulletin priority dates news. This is happening for last 5 years that they retrogress the dates all of a sudden in each visa bulletin . So many tax payers and nonimmigrants workers are paitiently waiting for so long time for these change in Law system in this country.
