This is horrendous that such animal cruelty continues at the evil amusement of wicked spectators. Such unwarranted cruelty cannot be explained but by allowing evil to exist without good men doing nothing to stop it. Studies have shown that all animal cruelty results in probable endangerment of the community at large with the next victims being young children.
