A man is being forced to continue to pay child support after being misled by a woman. The man paid to have 2 DNA which showed the probability of paternity to be 0% but the courts refuse to acknowledge it. Why not take the man off of the hook and make the woman pay who falsely accused a man?

There should also be a statute of limitations on the time a mother has to ask for a paternity test. My fiance is paying 700 a month with no visitation rights because she waited 15 years to decide to go after him. He has no idea the child was his until we got a letter in the mail. This happened when he was 16!!!

I am through with my child support obligations and now it's time to support those still suffering due to unfair laws. I paid for 18 years for a child I have no biological connection to, and have never met...my choice. It was done through a surrogacy contract gone bad. And through a less than trustworthy or honest former wife. These women should not be able to hold us prisoners for 18 years because they have the Court's backing. I am writing a book called Not My Daughter. It will in part be dedicated to all fathers who have been abused by the system.

One time they took every penny I made and it states clearly that they can't take over 50%.

Child support laws are grossly unfair and the only ones the benefit from it are local counties enforcing it. It is a scam and a shame, not one thing is being done for the sake of the children, NOT ONE.

My husband had a disagreement with his case worker and know had to pay 3 times what he was paying. They base his pay on a 40hour week when he most of the time he only gets 27 hours due to weather. We requested a new case worker or to speak to a supervisor we were told " I am it buddy think of me as God, I have all the power and authority, I can even throw your butt in jail". Meanwhile the mother and her boyfriend sit at home all day. Neither work and they are on food stamps. We BOTH work, are behind on all our bills, are about to be evicted, can not afford a lawyer, and can not get any assistance because we make to much money. When we tried to explain this to the case worker she advised us to start looking fora second job! How is this justice. To top it off he never sees his child. She has the right to keep her from him anytime she wants because he can't afford to get a lawyer to fight for visitation. I believe he should take Care of his child but so should she. The only time she allows her to call or come is when she needs school supplies, clothes, or shoes. It is ashame when a man begs and pleads to be a father but instead he is treated like a ATM.Said part is the government supports this.

PLEASE take the time and read this. This is an idea that it's time has come. This process needs to be addressed. The system is lopsided and unjust. Make it fair for both sides. Help the economy as it should be counted as "INCOME" as it is!! Applications have it read: Addtional income from child support, alimony and other sources may be added. Give the person tht is paying it a write off or some type of tax credit and funds will flow in to help with the economy. This needs to be reviewed and considered for additional tax revenue. The receiver gets the funds TAX FREE AND also gets to claim the child as a deduction at tax time. This is so unfair!!! Call it what it is, Double dipping....Make Equality count for BOTH men and women, the payor and the receiver.rnWhy is there no representative taking this on? rnAlso yes, take funds out of State wages when taxes are filed but to take BOTH State AND Federal refund checks is way out of line. State refund check took all to be applied to outstanding which in turn paid it all current and up to date but wont give any of the tax refund for the Federal taxes. You don't get a refund and it is not applied as future payments. This is so blantanly unfair and raping good people. This needs to be addressed. We see equility for women but where it equility for MEN???rnPlease review this process and do the right thing and make it fair. We know that for those that are on the receiveing end will never agree to this fairness as greed begets greed. So now someone in power needs to stop up and make this happen. This is 21 Century?rnrnSigned: Woman to ALL women AND men. Make it fair..it's way past due!!!

Arkansas child support is solely based on the amount of the father?s income, and not the mothers! It should be prorated based upon both incomes to better evaluate how much is appropriate, especially since the state of Arkansas will not take into consideration that the father may have other children to support. The state of Arkansas treats the welfare of any additional children (not of the same relationship) born of a new marriage as illegitimate. The welfare of every child should always be considered.

this is not a law rather a conspiracy against fathers. i was ordered to paymore than 30% from gross, and no child visitation?? no criminal records. the gov sees me as an atm rather than a father.

NY State states that 25% of your income is necessary for 2 children. This is based on gross pay. At least base it on Net!
