This is a very good concept. Children will have more time with their parent incarcerated, relationships and bonds will grow and continue to strengthen, and offenders will work harder in order to keep their privileges. The fees could help on all aspects of the system and could help in finding other areas that need funding. Aggression and hostility would be cut down as well. My fiancee is doing a right year sentence..... I love him with everything in me but it's been almost two years since I have been able to hug him touch him..... This would help keep families together. The inmates need love and affection too, and not only that but the wives need there husbands too. Going years without getting to hold or have sex for that long keeps division and the inmates are more likely to be more aggressive. It gives the inmate something to look forward to and will keep them out of trouble.REPORT COMMENTS
