I think that conjugal visits should be allowed because this will give the inmates something to work towards to with good behavior. It would cut down on prison violence such as prison rapes and allow families on the outside supporting to not suffer as their loved one pay their debt to society. They are not animals they are human beings. There are innocent people serving time for alleged crimes they did not commit because their lawyers did not properly defend them.REPORT COMMENTS

All prison's state & Federal need to approve conjugal visits, it wouldnot only lower the violence rate within the prison system but give hope to the human beings in there. My fiance who is also the father of my kids is currently incarcerated. I hate having to keep a distance from him, I can't sit next to him without a guard telling us to separate. We can only kiss when we first see each other and when it's time to leave. To think that it's gonna be like that for the next 7 years is heart breaking, I'd love to just have some time for ourselves.REPORT COMMENTS
