Texas CPS not Protecting Babies from Addicted Mothers
CPS not protecting Children/babies. Protecting mothers who use drugs all through their pregnancy. This is EXTREME child abuse. Documentation on Mothers that use Heroin, Meth, Cocaine or any other Illegal Substance, not prescribed or used as directed by their physician. Should immediately upon birth of that child. Terminate/lose all parental rights to that child.
