My children were hidden from me and my family for over three long years by there father. We could NOT get passed the red tape that bounds our local officials who are also helpless to help our children. Parental alienation needs to become a law, with consequences to prevent this heartache for others. ventura law judge is a criminal he stricken evidences as a favor for the ex-spouse attorney Steve Pell. my ex-spouse lie telling serious false allegations about me the cps worker Shannon dellinger summited the false allegations as truth! there is a doctor statement saying he never talked to cps or never saw the child for abuse that the cps report was not true the judge Bruce A young stricken the doctor statement in favor of attorney steve pell it clearly shows my ex-spouse made up lies about me and he used the older child to lie so he could get custody it seems this judge was paid off the last time I saw my younger child she was 4 years old I haven't seen her in years she is now 15 years old she doesn't know me as a person personally or know me as her mother either personally the older child the Judge ignored the fact she wasn't in school in the care of her father when she turned 18 she found me asking me for help today she is 25 with no education has been beaten forced to do nudity and raped by men on drugs into trouble with the law this is my daughters life now I blame the judge he again ignored the fact as a minor my ex-spouse didn't have her in school the judge helped with the parental alienation this judge Bruce A young is a criminal and so is cps worker Shannon dellinger and steve pell and my ex-spouse he lied telling cps the doctor verified abuse there was no exams the child was never seen for suspected child abuse my ex-spouse made up the allegations to take my children from me parental alienation is child abuse social workers don't do full on investigations judges don't either laws need to change to stop parental alienation there is no one watching the courts judges lie on documents say things were not served right or what ever to cover up there criminal acts. I feel the parents who are making the allegations should be see by a shrink and a person who is a MD who is train to see psychological problems that non experts like judges attorneys therapist cant see that's enmeshment that is parents who alienated the children doctor MD miller speaks out on this on youtube. these custodial parents who cry out false molestation physical abuse are committing a crime its consider violent domestic abuse to use there kids to lie to support them in a custody battle that's harmful to any child it is so sad I cried my older child wanting forgiveness thinking its her fault she was the child it's not her fault I love her regardless she was abused in my eyes again because of judge Bruce A young in ventura county giving custody to my ex-spouse she was not in school in his care she turns 18 kicked out with no education she is still homeless somewhere in Colorado cases like this should be placed into criminal court taken out of family law the children should be seen by someone trained in enmeshment and the parents who is the accuser need to be seen by head doctors and those who are trained in enmeshment those parents are getting away with a crime should bREPORT COMMENTS

I am watching this happen in real time to my brother. The mother is clearly the abuser, yet she (and her family) try to convince the children that their father is an awful human being who cares nothing for them. My brother's resilience is amazing, but he shouldn't have to suffer the alienation of his children or the constant verbal and written abuse from that woman and her abusive family. This abuse affects not only the alienated parent but their family as well. Counselors, with no expertise, fall for her manipulations again and again. Yet, not one has ever bothered to interview the extended family. This is a very real crime with real victims.REPORT COMMENTS

My wife and I have not been allowed contact with her 15 year-old daughter (my step-daughter) for over a year now. She moved in with her father in August 2014. She had two very fun visits with us in September, then told us she didn't want to visit anymore because she felt an "atmosphere of depression" the last day of her last visit. For all anyone can see, it appears as though this is entirely her decision. She is the oldest of four sisters. One biological sister (12), one step-sister (12), and one half-sister (5). Our entire family misses her very much. We don't even know what to tell our little one when she asks when can she see her big sister again. My wife is torn apart by this. On top of it all, just last spring this daughter reported to child protective service 17 pages of false abuse charges against my wife and myself, and even against her own sister. Child protective services have always found our home to be loving and safe for our children, and they still do. However there is nothing they can do. Without the power of the mental health and legal systems to back them up, they have no grounds for protecting children from psychological abuse of this nature.REPORT COMMENTS
