To My Government,
I have always been a model citizen until my "No fault divorce". I feel along with other single fathers the incentives the Federal Government gives to the states to illegally take child support from responsible hard working individuals such as myself is wrong. I have spent thousands of dollars to fight for my daughter to be in my life, but the family law courts and at state and federal governments levels receive $50 Billion dollars a year from divorce cases. I understand if I was a dead beat father but, I am not. My question is, If I have 50% custody of my child why do I have to continue to pay? Where is this equality our Government speaks of? and why do they continue to allow this type of behavior to exist?
