It is time for elected officials to do as the electorate asks. This is the United States of America, under God, under a Constitution that needs to be followed. Unless it is that you don't believe that baseball games should adhere to a rule book!! I bind to the foot of the Cross of Our Lord Jesus Christ the evil spirit that is roaming Capitol Hill that stands in the way of creating a more efficient and helpful means of energy and I ask Him to wash with His precious Blood this demon from the Halls of Congress so that we can live free of impediments to peace and giving the world a new way of providing for basic needs. The world is ours not of the few that think they can manipulate the economy. God bless you.Apr 2nd, 2010Someone from Las Cruces, NM signed.

Time for this to become standard issue on all new cars. There is no reason it shouldn't even work on the new hybreads.REPORT COMMENTS

This technology has been around for over a century I have seen blue prints drawn up dated 1909 and the government and the oil industries have been keeping it under raps every since I love the idea of this petition but I would be highly surprised if it actualy goes any ware. I have been working on my own wind and HHO devices for generating power and cutting fuel cost for my coworkers friends and family. Right now there are hydrogen cars being built but there aren't enough hydrogen filling stations for the market to build them and with the auto makers dilemma it is going to be a few years before that goes any ware but with having to fill up with hydrogen into a pressurized tank so they can tax it. So I will keep driving my 95 and older vehicles just so I can do what I want to them and I am a good enough mechanic with a background in engineering that I can get away with it. And I know that the govt. Can use this petition against us but they have been tracking me since I was in the Navy and I'm not worried about that either!REPORT COMMENTS
