When I served in iraq in OIF 3 national guard made up 53% of all forces there when I went my second time with the guard we did our train up in 3 months and when I went to afghanistan we trained up in 2 months time and did a year there and we out performed active duty troops every single time in every way but we are the ones that needs the cuts made.
