I was sexually molested by a neighbor when I was about 5 or 6 years old. I just turned 55 and I am still affected mentally and emotionally from my ordeal. It does not go away. People who molest children should never be allowed out of prison. They will continue ruining people's lives with their sick, perverted behavior until they die. I am fed up with constantly writing to my local congress, state, and white house on the subject of releasing KNOWN & CONVICTED child predators in our communities and letting them live within blocks of schools where children walk to & from, play, and get dropped off. Every single month there is a new predator. A new sick POS! THERE IS SCIENTIFIC PROOF THAT THESE MONSTERS DON'T CHANGE!!! THEY WILL CONTINUE TO TRY TO RAPE AND VICTIMIZE CHILDREN TILL THE DAY THEY DIE I do not believe for one second that anyone truly read my email a couple months ago. This is absolutely serious! A country that does not protect it's own children have NO FUTURE!!! Our current AZ law regarding the proximity of residence to a school is: Sex offenders convicted of dangerous crimes against children are prohibited from living within 1,000 feet of a private or public school (kindergarten through 12th grade) or a child-care facility. Violators are guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. This does not apply to sex offenders on probation, minors or offenders living at an address before the school or child-care facility was established. | ARS 13-3727 THIS HAS TO CHANGE!!!! They should be castrated and a known mark put on there forehead. Human rights shouldn't apply to them. They prey on the innocent and weak. Maybe open up a huge coal mine and force them to slave labor. We shouldn't supply them with one thing either. **** spending even a penny. They can grow there own food or eat each other. Who cares.
