Recently reported an offender for failing to properly register. In the research process i 100s of organizations and defense lawyers bemoaning the suffering and inconveniences offenders go through. Lets make sure at least the tier 3s arent treated like martyrs or victims. I will stand up to uphold the strictest registry laws, particularly for abusers of children. -

I would like to have the law granting joint custody to the person that committed rape be revisited. Why do they have any rights? The person that was raped did not chose to raise a child with this person. Especially in the case of child who was raped at the age of 12. This girl’s childhood was stolen from her. The fact that this happened to her without her consent , not just the rape , but the birth of a child at such a young age. The rapist should spend a long time in jail with no rights to the child. If you don't vote against it, then you are for it. I work with the children who have been molested. They live in fear, nightmares, trust issues, PTSD, they suffer just like a person that was almost beaten to death. It will probably last the rest of their lives. We owe it to all the children in USA to protect them. The man in Michigan spent only 6 months in prison and almost got joint custody of the baby from the rape of the 12 year old. As soon as he got out he rapes another child. America this is a disgrace!!! All States needs laws like Florida, Montana, Louisiana, and Texas. I am glad these states protect their children. Why are we allowing these people to hurt our most treasured youth. I have seen comments that this has ruined people lives when they were molested. These people deserve the death penalty it might just stop them than instead of a slap on the hand and out to hurt another child or possibly kill. Heard of that happening plenty of times they get out and do it again or worse kidnap and /or murder children. I am so damn sick of these disgusting human beings being allowed in society where we have to worry about our children. How many children need to be mentally physically abused or killed before we protect our children!!!! I am fed up it is absolutely frustrating seeing day in and out in the paper sexual predators getting less time than someone who had marijuana or stealing. Or really basically anything and getting more time than a sex offender who are the worst people alive. Start taking care of the young and give the horrible people death sentences. No way to turn these people around they are demented. They reoffend repeatedly. Save the children and get rid of the scum.
