I am the victim of a community harassment program in the City of Kenosha, State of Wisconsin. I have been writing letters to officials, city and state, doing interviews, speaking before the common council, requesting for help for this insidious behavior of the citizens, snitches and criminals in the city of Kenosha, county of Kenosha and State of Wisconsin. I was married to a police officer. It ended after a short six months and I fled. I went to our Sheriff regarding the community harassment program who stated, "So? What do you want me to do about it?" I went to Crime Stoppers who told me to handle it on my own. Then I realized that law enforcement works along side these vigilante citizens in the harassment of innocent citizens! It is despicable how the corruption in this city and cities nationwide have ruined communities by making criminals and snitches out of their citizens - ruining their lives along with mine. I am quite sick of watching and listening to these pathetic clowns who think they are good patriots, attack and terrorize innocent people because someone in power doesn't like them or has a personal grudge. This is mobbing in the worst way, something we haven't seen or been a part of since we tried to stop Hitler from doing it to his citizens. Now we are doing it to ours. Herlihy(302-577-7042 & 255-0800) of the Delaware superior court in Wilmington, Attorney General "BO", U.S. Attorney General, U.S. Dept of Justice "CIVIL RIGHTS DIV", U.S. Dept of Education in Washington D.C. & the ACLU, I am a former U.S. Army Veteran who earned 3 honorable discharges (88-96 & after 9/11 03-05). I was raised by a poor working class family in the inner city of York Pennsylvania. I am a third generation U.S. Army Veteran. I have earned big ten University degrees in SOCIOLOGY. I am a former counselor to children. I am a trained sociologist & former professor of sociology. I feel as though "COMMUNITY BASED MOBBING" and work place harassment such as "ACADEMIC MOBBING" needs to be addressed. Laws need to be immediately put into place in order to protect the Vulnerable. They call these people in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania "THE SILENT DESTROYERS". They are evil! My experience of being harassed "ACADEMICALLY MOBBED" & "COMMUNITY BASED MOBBED" occurred at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I kept documents, journals, notes, quotes & formal complaints. I did this early on based on the advice of two sociologists. These people are "ANIMALS" and "CHRISTIAN" fanatics MENNONITES along with a collection of "CARTOON LIKE" lndividuals social networking with "CHRISTIAN Cops" & Freemason Law Enforcement Agents. These ANIMALS are out to destroy you. These ANIMALS in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania "CHRISTIANS" & Freemason Jokingly refer to this form of terrorism called "COMMUNITY BASED MOBBING" as "THE WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT". It's like being in a movie that is a "NIGHTMARE". These bizarre "ANIMALS" encircle you. You are unaware of it, and nobody communicates with you. You just become the target & victim of relentless harassment & what appears to be "BAD LUCK", but as GOD is my judge it is not bad luck. I filed formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. 70+ counts of harassment & discrimination. 3 professor harassed & forced out & if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine discriminated against & chased off, it was four of us in less than two years forced out of the college in Lancaster. This is one example of the contant & relentless harassment & mobbing I was experiencing at Harrisburg Area Community College in lancaster. It called ACADEMIC MOBBING, but mobbing of this type is simply an extension of "COMMUNITY BASED MOBBING". I was experiencing "COMMUNITY BASED MOBBING" in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania. I kept journal, notes & filed formal complaints & have many other items of support that this extremely horrific terrorism is occurring in Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania & had been for the last 200 years. I was teaching an advance summer course in SOCIOLOGY called "RACE & CULTURE. The course started at 9am in the morning. Each day of this course for weeks into months I would be harassed & stalked through the building by this 33 year old from Manheim Pennsylvania. This 33 year Old owned his own little business alone. I will refer to him as "PSYCHO MIKIEMIC". PSYCHO MIKIEMIC of Manheim would be let into the college building before 9am by this Harrisburg Area Community College security guard in Lancaster. This student was NOT allowed into the building before 9am. This ANIMAL "PSYCHO MIKIEMIC" would wait every morning for me in order to harass me & intimidate me. Some how he knew when I would get to the school in the mornings because PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would get to school earlier and earlier based on the fact that I would leave for college earlier and earlier. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC was stalking me with a GPS & Cell phone APPS. And I know who was helping this ANIMAL. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would wear this SUPERMAN shirt everyday & wait for me earlier & earlier. PSYCHO MIKIEMIC wasn't super at all, but rather was a super harasser, super stupid & a living cartoon. If PSYCHO MIKIEMIC had "NOT" been harassing me & focused on harassing me, PSYCHO MIKIEMIC may have done better & if PSYCHO MIKIEMIC would not have threatened me he may have done worse in the college class. This is documented! It was horrific what these local "MENNONITES" & "CHRISTIAN" fanatics were doing at this community college in Lancaster Pennsylvania. These ANIMALS are mobbing vulnerable instructors with the assistance of the ADMINSTRATION, COLLEAGUES, ADULT STUDENTS from the area, & the DEAN. These individuals from the community & the same religion. And these ANIMALS are attacking, harassing & mobbing professors & outsiders. The object is to drive you out & replace you with a RELATIVE, a friend, A freemason, Somebody in the same KULT (religion) as them. It's discrimination & terrorism is what it is! This is true. This abuse happened to me in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I was teaching at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania when I noticed something very horrific was happening around me. My colleagues were being harassed and forced out of the work place. The harassment started out slowly and then became more intense as the weeks and months passed. I found out that employees who worked at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania were local "CHRISTIANS" to the area of Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania and these ANIMALS who were employees and colleagues of mine would engage in harassment & the mobbing of professors with these ADULT students that were local to Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania. These ADULT students were allowed to enter the class rooms of Vulnerable Professors who were outsider, Vulnerable U.S. Veterans, or outspoken professors and relentlessly harass these professor & cause as much havoc as possible. These ADULT students would then relentlessly harass professors as the adminstrators would deny and cover up the harassment and mobbing of the victim. These ADULT students would be assisted by adminstrators, who worked at the college, and were from the community of Lancaster, HERSHEY & South Central Pennsylvania. They would assist these ADULT students in harassing, ACADEMICALLY mobbing, and forcing the instructors and professors out of Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I watched these ANIMALS do it, and these ANIMALS did it to me. ONE animal "ADULT 33 year old student from Manheim "PSYCHO MIKIEMIC" harassed me from 3 to 7x a day for weeks into months. At one point the 33 year old Adult student PSYCHO MIKIEMIC stated to me, "IF YOU TELL ANYBODY WHAT I AM DOING TO YOU OR YOU TELL ANYBODY MY NAME I WILL GET YOU. DONT TELL ANYBODY MY NAME OR WHAT I AM DOING." This is the GOD TRUTH! The Dean who was from the area was told 12x about this 33 year old student "PSYCHO MIKIEMIC" from Manheim's harassing & extremely bizarre & sick behavior. The Dean from the area did nothing. Later the Dean's relative, who was placed in my office attacked me. This Dean's relative was teaching sociology against college policy & the sociology depts policy. This Dean's relative did not have the correct degree by policy to teach sociology, but her relative the dean left her teach sociology anyway. This harassment & mobbing was on going until like the others, I was driven out of the work place at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancater Pennsylvania. The harassment at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania progressed from harassment into academic mobbing. I didn't know what was going on, it felt like I was in a movie. So I spoke to academic attorney in Lancaster named Vivian B. Narehood(717-291-1700). I describe in depth with evidence & witnesses the harassment I had been experiencing. I kept referring to the harassment & academic mobbing as "GANG RREPORT COMMENTS

Luckily I have many friends, colleagues, allies, and family who have helped keep the gang stalking under control. However, various gang stalking leaders are so persuasive in their arguments that with varying frequency they convince people to damage my reputation and make any perceived character flaws known to everyone in the general public including my coworkers. Then the miscreants always go to work escalating the viciousness of the rumors and encouraging their allies as well as the general public to harass me with dirty looks, coughing, covering of the crotch or exposing of the crotch to harass and intimidate. This has been going on for four years and the blatant or subtle harassment which often arises has left me with PTSD, damaged my relationships with people ranging from those who only know me from pictures being circulated to people closest to me such as my wife, children, father, and his wife. This cyber stalking has jeopardized the career I depend on to keep a warm roof over the heads of my wife and children as even all my business contacts are on the wire. Luckily, good people always rise to defend me when the cyber stalking rat and slander war escalates. This happened to me. I was told by one of my supervisors who gave me support that it was workplace mobbing and that the individual responsible had learned how to do it in a book. I was able to help myself by contacting my professional organization's attorney, but life at work was almost intolerable until I finally retired, and I had no legal recourse against the perpetrators. It's a shame that parents have to fight for their kids being bullied and then 20 years later, the parents are bullied in the workplace. Everyone should have to be held accountable for their actions. What I thought was office politics for eight years was actually Workplace Bullying. Underhanded behavior, lying, manipulation, backstabbing and trashing of people is emotional violence. Fayette County,GA is a mobbing community with law enforcement heading the operation. Since 2008, my family has experienced break-ins, vandalism, call spoofing,mobbed at the grocery store, walking,library,and church. I am unable to contact anyone from my past including an estranged husband I need to divorce. Every phone call, log in on my computer, going to my car, and inside my home is monitered. If they mobbers think I want something like to speak to my BF from years past, they will block it or call spoof. I am unable to move forward in life including employment. I am aware of who started the stalking Donna Rosebeary-Boone. Knowing the stalker still doesnt give you a way out.
