BLM should manage herds by distributing food & water when needed & leave them at their own wild territories! They deserve our respect & admiration for all they've contributed to the building of this country. "They" being the horses, not the BLM!

It is appalling the government would be involved in the killing of innocent animals. They are wild horses, on public lands, lands which belong to all.

Please feed and water these horse's. Please leave them alone and don't take them fromhere home. If you treat these beautiful horse's bad and let them die because they need water then you are no better than these people who abuse poor animals everyday. If you do this its like giving some person the right to treat other animals bad.

The BLM is working hard and fast to exterminate all wild horses form America's public lands. How can helicopter roundups be legal when the federal gov. law says no motorized device can be used to chase and round up horses? Stop them! 58,000 horses have been removed from our public lands. Horses over 10 and horses that have not been adopted after 3 tries are sold to kill buyers and transported over to Canada or Mexico and cruelly slaughtered. Why is this happening? because the BLM is in the pocket of the cattlemen and other corporations for mining and fracking. The law says our lands are reserved for the herds that live on them but they are clearing the land so they can lease it out. Sickening. These horses and public lands belong to all Americans for all time, not to wealth and powerful businessmen for their personal use and benefit. --Rebecca Flaming-Martin, Portland, Oregon aged 60 and an active voter
