I am sick of trying to be hired by American companies to lead offshore teams and H1Bs because of my sophisticated U.S. masters Double STEM education. I am sick of being called by offshore IT recruiting companies that do not meet payroll for their American workers and "take care" of their Indian workers. I'm sick of being interviewed by Indians who cannot speak coherent English, and, my days of apologizing for not understanding them are over. I'm sick of being contacted and potentially hired by Indian staffing companies who subcontract to Infosys and cognizant and who conscientiously try unscrupulous employment agreements on American workers and who intentionally not pay their American workers but do their best to take care of their Indian own. And the sickest part, is the American corporations who stand behind them and who want to make U.S. citizens believe that they are inferior to Indian H1Bs. Nice try but it doesn't work with me. In the long run, I laugh because they end up hiring a bunch of unqualified foreign worker losers who can't get the job done. The language barrier is the culprit.REPORT COMMENTS
