And how do people pay back their student loans with this happening! How do we make a living here? If it wasn't so hot in there County we could move to there country and take their jobs. Oh, that's right they didn't have a job so they came here to work cheaper to have our jobs. "This is so bad for business to Outsource Americas from their job". Get real people!Feb 27th, 2016Someone from Wellington, FL writes:
Once again on another IT project with an Indian Green Card boss who favors H1B. The guy has been there for 3 months and still can't do the job! Indian Green Card spoon feeds him along with the other American workers. H1Bs who work for this Indian Green Card can do no wrong because they stay late (maybe). H1Bs from countries other than India are fired soon after not performing on the job. But the H1B from India can not perform and stay employed! These H1Bs from India require extensive on the job training and do not even possess the basic mental aptitude to do the job! Yet, they receive even more extensive training which is completely over their head. It's a joke!! Furthermore, they don't even like Americans or the United States. You can't teach them what a bank account is, health insurance options, or even what a "whopper" is at Burger King. These are American concepts. The countries these people come from are simplistic and rudimentary. These people should be working in the United States.REPORT COMMENTS

You know this means Star Wars too. Thats half of all the media that is out there. Other than GoT. Now when I see Disney of any kind Im reminded how they are like the Borg. I cant enjoy Disney any more because the dream, the suspension of belief has been popped.REPORT COMMENTS

We used to to go to Disney parks at least once a year but after Disney fired employees intending to abuse the H-1B visa program to replace them, we vowed to not spend another dime there. There are plenty of other vacation alternatives. Shame on you Disney and shame on the politicians (why I'm not voting for Bush or Rubio) who enable the abuse of this program!REPORT COMMENTS

This is not a single Party issue. The general public should unite on this topic regardless of political opinions. This is worse than shipping jobs overseas- they are shipping the foreign workers to here instead.REPORT COMMENTS

This H-1B abuse is deplorable and getting out of hand. Our elected officials are entirely complicit in this war on American workers, instead siding with the large corporate donor class who only wants cheap labor at the American worker's expense. This H-1B program is just a shady way of disguising the shipping of American jobs overseas.REPORT COMMENTS

We encourage our children to work hard so they can achieve their goals. If their jobs are going to be replaced by "cheap" labor what's the point? Very disappointing that this is how we are treating hard working Americans who have been loyal to a company!REPORT COMMENTS

My entire Technical Department 600+ were called into a meeting last week - we were all eliminated -some r leaving in 3 months, some in 5 months. We will need to train our H1 Visa foreign replacements before we leave in order to get severance. I have gone to Disney every year except this one .. I don't plan on returning until things are made right.. I am also going to cancel accounts I have at my current employer when I leave ... I blame our Government for not protecting us.. & I blame Corporate Greed .. this is completely unethical behavior and any company doing this we should all boycott & we should not put into office any candidates supporting H1 Visas.. & we all need to spread this to everyone we know... so we can protect our children's futures...REPORT COMMENTS

As a citizen and an engineering contractor at Qualcomm, San Diego, I noticed that a foreign H-1B visa holder, who had no basic experience/qualification to perform the job, was hired as a contractor, and later converted as a permanent employee. One permanent opening - that was filled by H-1B Visa holder. No room for US permanent residents/citizens. When I worked as a contractor at Intel, I noticed the same trends. All three permanent openings in a department were filled by F-1 Visa holders, no room for experienced available US workers - citizens, or permanent residents. I would request everybody to report this kind of abuses in this forum. ThanksREPORT COMMENTS
