As a woman, I feel changes MUST be made. I'm presently engaged to a man, whose ex-wife committed International Parental Abduction by removing their minor son from their home in the United States and taking him to Britian. The son was eventually ordered by the English Court to be returned, so he is now with us. Ex-wife comes back into town making all kinds of demand to see their son. We repeatedly told her she needed a Court Order and must be supervised visitation. She filed for custody of the child and the judge denied her motion and ordered Supervised Visitation at a Children and Family Services Center one day per week for 2 hours. Ex-Wife was furious and the same day her motion was denied went to a different county and filed a petition for injunction because she was afraid of her ex-husband and what he would do to her and her boyfriend while they're in the area. She was granted the injunction and now he has hired an attorney to try and get injunction dismissed. She did this to be vindictive, and it's a shame that they allow people who straight out lie to get away with this. There should be laws to prosecute people who fabricate and give false information to obtain injunction for domestic violence, especially when it's done to be spiteful and evil. I'm glad she's leaving back to England this week! -

Not only do false allegations disrupt the psychology of very young children. These shelters are not even trained nor understand that "postpartum tramatic stress disorder" is a real medical condition. same with me in kissimme,fl.a girlfriend filed a domestic injunction on me claiming i beat her up.she filed it the morning after i called the police on her and she was charged with marijuana possession on aug 5,2008.she left for the night while police were there and filed an injunction the next day stating i beat her up in june 2008 and she was afraid.which was a total LIE.if all that really happened why the heck would we be still sleeping together,having company over,celebrating my birthday on july 12th together going to my friends funeral in july together.she filed it immediatly after i called the cops on her and she was charged with marijuana possession because i didnt want no drugs at my house period.and in the injunction for her to make sure she got me out the house she stated i had family living in orlando i go go stay with which was also a lie because all my family been living out of state since 2005.so anyways i get arrested for violation of an injunction on the 500ft rule because i was at a friends house that was inside 500ft but i wasnt near her but she knew i was there.so i go to jail and the hearing comes around and so the judge advises me not to speak because i also have the violation case coming up so i dont speak which basically ties my hands behind my back as far as defending myself against the lie.so when my violation case comes around and my public defender even brought to light that she filed the injunction out of revenge for me calling the police on her the day befor and you know what the judge didnt even want to hear the truth.but florida law says that they must look at the relationship as a whole and the circumstances surrounding the injunction.the whole time we were together we never had the police at our house until her marijuana incident but if i supposedly beat her up why didnt she call the police or file the injunction in june when i supposedly beat her up.why would she wait until i had to call the police on her to get her and her drugs away from the house.kind of odd dont you think.then on top of all that.while an injunction is in place the accuser is not supposed to do away with the other persons belongings if they are incarcerated.when they get out of jail they are supposed to call the police to escort them to retrieve their belongings.i did so and she got rid of all of my clothes shoes personal stuff and the stuff i did see she still had was mine i told the officer it was mine and she flat out lied and said nope thats her stuff and the officer said well she said its hers and i cant let you take it.she even kept things that belonged to my sister that was at the house.so i had nothing but the clothes on my back and no place to live.how and why are they allowed to get away with this stuff?REPORT COMMENTS

Statement We had been together for approximately 2 years when things started going downhill. Our relationship was causing me to have high blood pressure and rapid heartbeat, and migraines as I could not take the stress. She left and went back to Maryland as that is where her parents lived. We were still communicating and after 6 months we decided to try again. She promised she would stop her accusations and mistrust and controling .She also told me she would only bring what she needed (Table , bed and dresser and chairs, clothing ) if it did not work out she would leave politely within 4 weeks. She returned in approx January 2008 , everything went well for the first year but then she slowly reverted to accusing me of seeing someone at work ,why was I 5 minutes late, you were looking at that women while walking into Publix holding her hand, who was that on the Phone , Who did you have lunch with at work in the cafeteria , I could not even watch Television as she would pass a snide comment about the blond, watching Americas got talent she ran upstairs and said I bet you are enjoying that .To watching a movie where there was some nudity she said I will never wear see through panties again. Once She myself and another couple went out for supper, Helena Marks girlfriend said that the waitress had a such a small waist and was beautiful, Mark agreed with her, my girlfriend started a argument that he treats women like a piece of meat ,I could do nothing as I would be assumed of looking at her. On the way home she gave me hell and started an argument that left me distraught. I received a facebook message from a old friends fiancée and this caused her to start a argument. These problems continued for some time and was discussed numerous times with her. Things continued and I could not take it anymore. She is taking Chantix ( to stop smoking ) and slimming pills ( causing depression , Mental illness ) Can cause false memories. On January 10 2010 I told her it was not working out and I would like her to move out by end of February as if it continues it will kill me. She was very upset and started Harassing me daily by saying Spiteful things ,When I was in the bath and she entered and said next time I see you I hope it?s when you are dead, on numerous occasions she said I will make you lose everything ,Your Job, Car, HOUSE and Plane, I will make sure you have nothing. I will get you back. On the days following I was constantly being harassed and she would not leave me alone .She would not let me sleep, She even left the door open and was playing (masturbating)with herself loudly to arouse me and then I closed her door she would sexually harass(tease) me. I had visited Mark M and girlfriend a friend from work on January 16 (Sunday) and told them my problems. On Monday 17 January a took my Gun and personal documents to his house as I was afraid she would kill herself, I gave him my gun. The domestic violence industry is big business, on they all agreed; I?m its next victim, all because I stand up to pee. I have never, ever hit a woman; it?s a crime that I abhor. Now I?m officially a criminal, charged with Domestic Violence Four. There?s no due process, there?s a presumption of guilt. It?s a mockery of the principals on which this country was built. Ya she?ll love you tender, and you?ll think it?s gonna last; But don?t turn your back on her boy, she can snap so fast. She?s usually a real sweetheart, so it just won?t seem fair; I wish somebody would?ve warned me - Buyer Beware. I never thought to investigate her; never thought to explore; Turns out it?s a becoming a habit, she?s done this before. Now my whole world is filled with lawyers and court; I wish I could just disappear to some far away port. Time goes by slowly here, nothing to do but think. Women who file false allegations and the judge who allows her to be a no show for court thus denying the man his constitutional right to face those accusations is no better. A judge should know the law and when he gives a documented abuser custody, depriving the children of their father, ignoring Ohio Revised Code section 3109.04 should be held liable for contributing to child abuse as he had removed the same children from the home previously because of the mother's abuse and violence. Children service is guilty also as they knew firsthand of this woman's abuse yet they aided in parental kidnapping of the children by sending the mother and children to another state where she will not give the father any means of contact. I feel women are just plain evil when it comes to lies and hurting children and men They lie about something that never happened and the legal system is such 'skirt chasers' that it always let the woman get away with anything. The man loses his kids, the kids lose their father and she hides behind the lie of Domestic Violence when she is generally the one that is the abuser.REPORT COMMENTS

The domestic violence industry is making money from these bad laws. In our case, his ex-wife withheld court ordered visitations for over 3 months. My fiancé' filed contempt of court ordered visitation and he went to court with the goal to re-establish visitations. During court, his ex-wife made allegations of sexual abuse and neglect against him. As a former Specialized Law Enforcement Instructor, I trained Parole & Probation Officers to identify characteristics of their clients and collect supporting evidence if a new crime was committed. A character of a person becomes the breeding ground of their behaviors. My fiancé' is a loving person who desires to keep the peace at all costs and is committed to his relationship as a father and future husband. From my direct experience with his ex-wife, she appears manipulative, self-centered, overbearing and demanding. This is the perfect recipe for her to be the accuser and my fiancé' to be the accused. Without knowing all the logistics about their contentious relationship, I was still able to see this coming a mile away. Until the courts are able to grasp that the character of a person is the breeding ground to make false allegations, it is up the family members and loved ones to help the father's deal with the accuser's intent to destroy their lives.REPORT COMMENTS

I had the first order quashed and she has now filed a second one claiming additional acts of violence that never happened. My son and I are very close since even when I was working I picked him up every afternoon after work and spent 3-5 hours with him before Mom got home in time to spend an hour with him before bed time. I never thought she would lie to keep me from him and all I wanted was joint custody with equal parenting time. It seems I am in a hopeless situation at her mercy and my son suffers for her vindictive selfish nature.REPORT COMMENTS
