Delivery managers, program managers with $70k salary got GC in EB1-C category. These managers have no direct team under them. Many big US based product companies also misused EB-C. 99% of international managers are not executives, they are 3rd grade non engineers. If you just introduce LABOR/ PERM process line EB-2 , they do t even qualify. This is unfair to EB-2 cat gory managers who have been working for companies like google/ apple/ FB and wait for 10+ Year’s. My request to USCIS is to introduce same process for EB-1 and EB-2. If you just ask for all EB-1C managers to go through PERM process, you can revoke easily 20K GCs issued in the last 7-8 years. Please stop this loophole and investigate all r cent EB-1C

Indian corporations like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, tcs,Cognizant, IBM Etc.. all these companies who bring their employers are changing their roles to managers & file Green Card in EB1 CATEGORY AND getting Green cards in a year around. They are exploiting this a lot. There are many talented employees from Microsoft,Google ,Amazon etc who are more seniors and actual managers who are in EB2/3 category and has been backlogged. This is totally unfair & it should be stopped.

Well.. Everyone knows from where most of the Indian STEM graduates come to the United States (Hyderabad, Chennai). See anywhere, any company, any software roles and you can find a Telugu or Tamil speaking guy. H1B is supposed to be meant for the best of the talents, right? Now read this article: https://qz.com/977850/hyderabad-a-city-that-sends-the-most-software-engineers-to-the-us-has-the-worst-engineers-in-india/ Look an the quality of engineers that come out of these cities. They are not competent enough in India, leave apart US. This was on the technical side. Coming to the soft skills. Most of them have a really screwed up English and mostly tend to communicate in their local language (creates so much problem for the others). Either ways they come (Via the F1 route, taking admissions to any xyz university here, or through any bodyshop companies), they have bombarded US with the low quality engineers, and have led to problems for everyone else (Problem as big as the whole country is being portrated of abusing H1B). And then their family based GCs, the local hyderabad consultings filing petitions for money, getting one candicate give interview on behalf of the other... The list goes on and on.. Go get your neighbourhood checked most of you here, may be your own neighbour or relative is a part of this fraud, and may be even you (Not afraid to say that)

International manager term has been misused here. Only executives with more than 300k salary should be alowed in this category. Not the Managed who get 80k salary.

Yes this absolutely true. I have personal experience where the compnay determines whom to give that option. They never choose the person based on qualification and achievement , but based race, religion, caste and relationship ( relatives). This is a total abuse of the system adn Eb1C should be abolished.

This is a pure abuse of the system, I know several people who are really are working as QA/Software Engineers have negotiated with the company to work at a lower wage just to file under this section.

This category and practice should be banned with immediate effect as it is an injustice to deserving candidates who toil hard day and night and contribute to the country. Nothing can be more fraudulent than this practice.

Most OF GC quota is misused by company using EB1. This is properly evaluated. Treat all existing h1 holder and EB1 applicant should treat fairly.

System is abused - the job market has become a "flea market" with offshore organizations that vie on projects with blatantly unrealistic bids. Local companies and their corporate structure mysteriously seem to favor such bids thereby dislodging loyal sincere employees who have served them for ages. Certainly, the hatred of those who lose their future is understandable. This has to stop for the benefit for all concerned. Bring fairness to this system!
