We all know that the problem is not with the responsible citizens of California. It is not a race issue either. Their are bad people out there that want to cause harm no matter who they are. The criminals need to be punished to the full extent of the law. Let's uphold the laws and punishments that are already in place. Enforce Justice on the bad people not the innocent citizens!
