I have been waiting on my papers for 18 months now. This does not include the 20 other years we had to wait to get to this stage. Now they are reporting that the processing times for I-485 at TSC is June 14, 2015. I filed my papers in September 2014 , no update, no papers in hand. This is ridiculous. who hires these people???? how can almost an entire year be skipped??? STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVE'SREPORT COMMENTS

TSC received my I-140 NIW application on 6/30/15. It has always under review anytime I check my case status and it has been more than 8 months without any updates. Has my application even been read? Is there any document missing? Am I (not) qualified? The permanent residency will open up more opportunities for me to apply to a variety of grant applications to continue the cancer research I am doing that I can not currently apply because of my immigration status. If TSC is currently suffering a backlog, can TSC hire more people?REPORT COMMENTS

Employment-based I-485 processing time at TSC is much slower than CSC, NSC, and VSC. This is unfair. Volume is absolutely an excuse. More applications would just give TSC more funding to hire more staff.REPORT COMMENTS
