My I-485 has been pending since September 2013 and even after submitting approved I-140 along with other required documents in Nov 2015 my case is still pending which is very disturbing as i am living without my husband since May 2008 and desperately want to visit him cuz of his medical and metal health. After making so many calls and requested application to Info pass and USCIS now they finally send me the answer that my case is on extended review, totally unfair with law abiding non immigrantsREPORT COMMENTS
