My name is Billy Dickens I've been stocked for over two decades I'm now at the point where they're killing me there in my house my car at my job when I'm unloading things I drive truck and I'm in different places every day I'm stock 24/7 they're using electronic surveillance and other ways to watch me and get to me I need Congress the White House the Senate House of Representatives everybody to step up and help those of us who are targeted individuals. This ongoingnightmare that were living please please please help us
