Please don't cut the headstart program out, we need it really bad, I think it is very good for the children and it gives them a jumpstart on school. My grandchildren all went to headstart and thanks to the headstart program they are ahead of the game.REPORT COMMENTS

So many children are helped through this program. It would be such a shame for these kids to be "under the knife" because Washington doesn't want to find cuts elsewhere...Once again they want to hurt the very ones that need help the most. The low income households especially the children...And that doesn't even include what it will do the all of the people that are employeed by this program...REPORT COMMENTS

THIS PROGRAM HAS HELP ALL MY GRANDKIDS SO MUCH. THEY HAVE LEARN SO MUCH THAT SOME PARENTS CAN'T TEACH THEM AT HOME. ITS HARD TO TEACH SMALL KIDS THINGS THEY NEED TO KNOW BEFORE THEY START SCHOOL THAT A TEACHER CAN DO. THEY HELP THESE KIDS IN SO MANY WAYS. MY GRAND KIDS ARE PROOF OF THAT. WE LOVE OUR HEADSTART. AND 0UR KIDS DOES TOO. SAVE OUR HEADSTART. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT I CAN'T WRITE ALL THAT. THANK YOU/REPORT COMMENTS
