I watched the Food Inc documentary, and after watching it, It made me want to change my eating habits for the better. Not only does the USDA need to get their ish together, these companies need to stop being such bullies and money hungry idijits and be concerned about the food they are posioning us as paying customers with. -

I was discouraged and disgusted when I had to watch Food, Inc. for a nutrition class in college recently. However, now I am going to be sure to change the way I shop. I have already stopped eating at fast food places. Now I feel empowered to help make a change.
