I'd like to start out by my brother Billy D.Robinson is incarcerated at pekin illinois, As a sister I'd like to say my brother is a very caring person,one who would do for anyone in need,first On a job and last one to leave .he is also a very loving father, grandpa, newphew, brother,son,uncle&cousin. I myself love&miss my brother dearly as does his his children and grandchildren who need there father in there lives as well as the grandkids &the rest of his family. Out mother is very sick with several health issues including cancer Billy was mom primary means of support as well as care and without Billy home it's been a dramatic setup for the entire family. I feel the time Billy has served as been appropriate I truly believe there was a lesson learned. Billy is a wonderful person inside&out and with all that being said I ASK of you to consider a early release for my brother even if it means a certain time of home confinment ,ankle bracelet Billy is not a flight risk all his family is right where Billy will be released too. I think keeping Billy locked up and away from his family will continue to make him feel forgotten ,alone ,not,loved nor cared about which is sooo far from the truth Billy is the air we all need to breath each day. And without him days for us all as wel as I'm sure they are for Billy are alone worried sad depressed and needing him as much as his kids grandkids mother his disabled niece my daughter who was recently on life support due to uncontrolled seizure disorder and continues to go down a little more eachday . Billy was chelsey everything now that he's not here she doesn't understand we are not a rich family so there for it breaks my heart to say we haven't seen our Billy since he's been a Pekin in your custody due to unreliable transportation and no money to see our billy. I know Billy doesn't conplain or ask for things he will do without first. (as we done as a child ) hes first to volunteer and last to leave .all I ASK is that you please take all I've said inconsideration as well as moms health isn't getting any better. And his entire family will.be here open arms to love support and continue our efforts to prove all I've said is the truth. I believe Billy has been incarcerated long enough that he realizes that its not a place he would ever be again. All I ask I give Billy a chance to show he is a good person ,we are all human make mistakes but we also learn from our mistakes. If my brother was to be released early which I'm in high hopes that you see Billy is needed at home and a job will be awaiting him as for which he needs to be here to help with financial reasons with his children and mother. If my brother is choose as one of the blessed early release is there an expected date as to which that may occur.? Hopefully soon.
