The unconscionable act of zoos to house this poor dear elephant in the most severe inhumane filthy cold deplorable conditions, is a criminal act. No being of humankind would or could do this. Please post what real measures can be done immediately to move Tania out of Romania and into a sanctuary for elephants with other compatible wildlife in her natural environment.
