The tire less war against the constitution and the American public continues to be waged by the 4th Reich. This is very same illegitimate shadow government who committed and covered up the crimes of 911 and all other false flag operations designed to perpetuate the myth of radical Muslim terror to justify the fraudulent open ended unending war of terror for the radical Zionist objectives of their oligarch bankster overlords. America has been lost to the enemy and the American people have lost the war.REPORT COMMENTS

What is this, Nazi Germany?! ("Show us your papers!!") The Real ID Act does not just federalize our driver?s licenses, but hands them over to the Department of Homeland Security. It calls for the creation of mammoth databases of information on law-abiding U.S. citizens. It places state Departments of Motor Vehicles (DMVs) in the position of having to become domestic spies?and it does so without any thought to the resources required, much less the dangers involved (e.g., of identity theft).REPORT COMMENTS

Jan 4th, 2016Someone from Minneapolis, MN writes:
I believe the REAL ID Act is unconstitutional based upon the 10th Amendment to the United States which states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The Supreme Court rarely declares laws unconstitutional for violating the Tenth Amendment. In the modern era, the Court has only done so where the federal government compels the states to enforce federal statutes. Example, in 1998, the Court again ruled that the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act violated the Tenth Amendment (Printz v. United States, 521 U.S. 898 (1997)). The act required state and local law enforcement officials to conduct background checks on persons attempting to purchase handguns. Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, applied New York v. United States to show that the law violated the Tenth Amendment. Since the act "forced participation of the State's executive in the actual administration of a federal program", it was unconstitutional. Since the Federal government is requiring new ID's it is in essence instructing states to enforce federal statutes in regards to identification documentation.REPORT COMMENTS

any federal act/congressional act cannot be enforced within the union states. See United States v. Lopez 1995, also US v. Morrison this threw federal jurisdiction out of the Union States. EnjoyREPORT COMMENTS
