WE MUST REPEAL THIS LAW!!! Not only are the judges receiving illegal payments for "doing their job" but they are being rewarded with incentives and bonuses for assessing and increasing payments on unsuspecting families. I have been personally involved in William Goble's fight for the right to be a Father to his son. I have watched in complete horror as the judges have succeeded in separating a loving father from his son and have tried to arrest him for trying to be a loving father and insist that justice be served. I was raised to believe that the judges and DCSS were in place to make sure that all decisions made were in the best interest of children and families. Obviously, that can not happen if the judges are being paid and rewarded to make decisions that affect the very counties illegally paying them. In any other professions this would be considered a conflict of interest. We must stop this madness. Justice can never be guaranteed if judges are being allowed to accept BRIBES. My case # S209874 is now in the California Supreme Court (WILLIAM DONALD GOBLE Petitioner, v. BRENDA K. FULLER Respondent. DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES COUNTY OF ORANGE Intervener. Please get involved. These people are the WORST OF THE WORST. CRIMINALS USING THE LAW TO GET AWAY WITH THEIR CRIMES at the expense of CHILDREN. SICK SICK SICK The County of Orange is receiving 66% of its funding from the Title IVD federal funds which have a floor of 40% for collections on current payments and arrears (Id.) and bonus for higher paternity orders entered, higher support orders entered, and so on. Its all about the ****ing money at the cost of CHILDREN !!!!! MY SON AND I ARE VICTIMS of "Extrinsic FRAUD" FROM THESE CRIMINALS ACTING as judges !!!!! They put A TOP ATTORNEY(Dr. Richard Fine) away in an L.A. County jail for 18 months for having challenged the L.A. Superior Court Judges on the ILLEGAL County payments on another matter totally different from mine. So it doesn't matter what the legal case is rendered. If you go against the county YOU ARE GONNA LOSE!!! CUZ THE JUDGE IS GETTING SOME OF THE CUT. This is not the way our judicial system works. We have a good judicial system but these guys are destroying it and do not represent the law at all. There is no Honor in them. They have no respect for the law, they abuse their power on people and destroy the future lives of many children, to protect their income and the oath they take is all show. They pride themselves on the position they hold not the principles they are supposed to represent. THESE judges are un-American and need to be incarcerated. They arrogantly know what they are doing is wrong and yet dont give a shit. SBX211 is a SMOKING GUN !!! Blatant in your face. The person you are contesting in court is paying off the judge. Judge gets caught and has a get out of jail pass ready incase he gets found out. wow !!! And the judge is getting payed off VERY WELL as you can see !!! Its a ****ing joke and we all must do something about this. This affects our lives and the lives our children and the future of our country. Participate in exposing what they are doing They are attacking me in the worst way. They have an illegal warrant for my arrest and have placed my life in danger. They want me to SHUT UP and are retaliating in their own COWARD way. I WONT SHUT UP OR QUIT. I want them all in JAIL !!! Thats where they ****ing belong. If this happened at a Wimbledon tennis match it would be scandalous but when it comes to our lives nobody does a thing. This is more scandalous then a tennis game.
