Dear President Obama, US Senate, and US House of Representatives, I am just an ordinary taxpayer, voter, and nature loving American. I have been watching and gathering every bit of information on wolves over the last several months although I have always admired them. From the perspective of this ordinary American, Delisting the wolf and stripping them of the federal protection of the ESA was and is the most shortsighted, irresponsible, ill-advised, ignorant, unintelligent, callous, apathetic, cruel and inhuman act of malevolence I have had the misfortune to see approved and executed by my government. Those of you who support and condone this sisnister act should be ashamed of yourselves. You are "Elected" government officials whose responsibity it is to represent the majority of your constituents not just the rich cattle barons or the depraved trophy hunters that call themselves sportsmen. Your actions by supporting and condoning the delisting of wolves have made America look like a country that is being ran by a bunch of bloodthirsty, greedy, malicious, ignorant idiots who have no regard, respect or concern for their wildlife, the environment, or the majority of the millions of voting taxpayers who put you into your positions of power. It is beyond disgraceful. The majority of Americans care about our wolves, the environment, and the science that has proven time and again that the indescriminate killing of wildlife, especially apex predators like the wolf, is detrimental to the environment and the species as a whole. Furthermore, you are foolishly sacrificing billions of dollars and millions of potential jobs that would come from ecotourism for a few cows and sheep that are destined for the butcher anyway. How immeasurably idiotic is that when the country is so far in debt that the dollar isn't even recognized as valid currency in many countries any longer? Come on government use your heads! The wolves are not the problem and killing them off just because Joe rancher wants a little extra compensation from the government is morally and ethically wrong. We must relist the wolf as endangered under the ESA with a clause that no politician can delist them in the future. Because since they have been delisted each and every state that has been given the responsibility to manage their own wolf population has joined some unspoken contest to see how viciously and how many they can kill while the rest of Americans who are against this slaughter is forced to watch the decimation. It's time to stop this despicable murder of America's wolves once and for all! Sincerely, Lonna K. O'LearyREPORT COMMENTS

Please maintain federal protection of wolves!!! It is ecologically and scientifically irresponsible to delist and allow states who have demonstrated the state managed programs are nothing more than eradication programs of wildlife!!REPORT COMMENTS

The hunters are sadists and have too much time on their hands. They aren't trying to "manage" anything - they're just psychotic.REPORT COMMENTS

Big mistake delisting gray wolves. They are nowhere near their historic population and inhabit only 5% of their historic range. Listen to science, not politics.REPORT COMMENTS
