Reduce violent offenders from 85% to 70% In U.S
By reducing their sentence time to serve it would give them a second chance in society
If someone that is sentence to 15-20 years and have to serve 85% of their sentence it does not give then time to spend with their family,children because some spend half of decade in prison for 1 crime they commited 20 years ago. they all deserve a second chance.
