"In total, CBO estimates that implementing H.R. 475 would cost
$3.4 billion over the 2016-2020 period" "In total, payments to schools would decline by $342 million over the 2016-2025 period as a result of the cap." I know there is more to the bill, but it seems a bit ridiculous to spend that much enacting a bill to save far less.REPORT COMMENTS

Its pathetic that congress is constantly finding ways to cut funding to our VETERANS when they have earned every penny of the GI Bill. There have been certain schools that take advantage of a "loophole" and have been punished for it by losing funding. Why are they now considering punishing ALL schools for the actions of a few? There are public universities that charge more than flight training schools yet are still funded.REPORT COMMENTS

Please, please stop taking money from the VA Vocational Rehab flight program. I'm a disabled Vet trying to stay in the civilian sector. I can be a valuable asset to my community as a helicopter pilot using the skills and experience from flying combat missions in the AOR.REPORT COMMENTS
