Protect US Workers & Wages from H-1B Visa Abuses

More and more Americans and permanent residents (i.e. Authorized US Workers) lose their jobs to H-1B visa holders from South Asia. Tech companies operating in the United States market and headed by Indian management don't just discriminate against "Non-Indian" workers with promotions, but they systematically allocate H-1B visa holders to US positions that can be filled by US authorized workers. As a result, "Non-Indian" authorized US workers lose their jobs, and H-1B visa holders are illegally allocated to positions that can be filled by US workers. We request US Congress to act and request Tech companies operating in US markets to seek out US workers first to fill all positions and provide evidence that no-authorized US workers are available before allocating an H-1B visa holder to the same position. We also request US Congress to stop issuing unfounded H-1B visas for fake jobs.
