The very fact that this country and military engages in this behavior means that there is no consideration of Life in any venue. So the military actually protects no one and no thing by engaging in this practice which makes them dangerous to life on this planet. Stop thanking any of these sub humans for their service.REPORT COMMENTS

Use of U. S. Navy sonar is not justified. We must protect marine mammals and their habitat.REPORT COMMENTS

This absolutely must stop before it does further damage to the planet's marine life, especially sentient life such as whales and dolphins. Failure to stop will be proof that this damage and destruction is deliberate.REPORT COMMENTS

The loss of wildlife of this kind is not only a waste, but is also preventable. Thus, continuing to use such frequencies that harm marine wildlife in this way and knowingly so is environmentally hazardous and unethical.REPORT COMMENTS

Outrageous! This must stop! The Natural Resources Defense Council is suing the US government for allowing the Navy to train off the California coast, imperiling vast amounts of marine life. High intensity sonar used by ships and submarines frequently result in the deaths of dolphins, whales, and many endangered animals, yet the armed forces have been granted vast authority in how they train. Many dolphins and whales get beached with painfully burst auditory canals! Disruptions of behavior, disorientation, abandoning of feeding of their young and death are also the result! As usual, US Army/Navy turn the blind eye and deaf ear on the carnage their wargames leave behind!REPORT COMMENTS

Please understand that the ecosystem in the oceans is just as fragile, if not more so, than the one on land. The sheer number of marine creatures that are killed or displaced will have serious consequences on how the ocean runs. Please take time and consideration before embarking on such an audacious project.REPORT COMMENTS
