This testing is harming the animals. This wont just harm the animals, it will harm everyone. You can not do something like this and expect there to be no damage and no consequences. It also harms people all over the world if you keep on doing this. The population of certain animals will go down and then what will you finally stop. This has to stop before it becomes worse and these poor animals get put on the endangered species list all because of the navy. I'm ashamed to be an American. Animals have the right to live just like the evil humans that are committing these horrible offenses.
