Dear President Trump, U.S. Senators, U.S. Congressmen, and all government leaders below you at all Federal, State, City, County, Town, Village levels;
PRESIDENT TRUMP AND CONGRESS! YOU MUST ASSIST NEW YORK STATE & OTHERS WITH FUNDING! THE CORONA VIRUS CAUGHT EVERYONE BY SURPRISE! IF YOU ARE ASSISTING PRIVATE SECTOR AND OTHERS TO INCLUDE OTHER COUNTRIES WITH FUNDING YOU SURELY HAVE TO BE FAIR AND EQUITABLE ENOUGH TO ASSIST NEW YORK STATE AND OTHER STATES REQUIRING ASSISTANCE AS WELL! HOLD CHINA FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE! SEND THEM THE ENTIRE BILL AND MAKE SURE THEY PAY FOR THEIR BLATANT NEGLIGENCE! ZERO OUT ALL DEBT OWED TO THEM AND OTHER MEASURES TO RECUPERATE THE TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS AMERICA LOST DIRECTLY BECAUSE OF THEM! OPEN UP ALL BUSINESSES IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID THE COLLAPSE OF AMERICA AS WELL AS PROVIDE ALL NEEDED FUNDING TO ANY STATE IN THE UNION REQUESTING IT!
Mr. President and all Congress officials! Please do not forget New York State and other States needing funding assistance! This is not a political issue, it is a people issue! People of all nationalities, ethnicity, and political parties etc., are extremely negatively affected by the virus and the financial damages it has caused! You have funded the private sector, airlines, and others to include foreign countries, you definitely need to not forget the State of the Union like New York State and others! New York State contributes the most out of nearly every state in the union! Please help them, and US ASAP.
Mr. President and all Congress officials! We have elected all of you into the office and we deserve the same fair treatment as everyone else does! If New York State and others claimed bankruptcy, this would not only negatively affect the entire economy throughout, New York State and America but the world as well! All the creditors and businesses dealing with New York State would be penalized and financially damaged as well. All the workers and families would be extremely affected for the worse as well! Jobs loses, businesses and individuals bankrupt etc.,
Mr. President and all Congress officials! Please continue to do the right thing as you have throughout the entire process caused by this hideous virus! Please give the many billions of dollars to New York State which is greatly needed to allow it as a whole and the people to get back on their feet and provide for their families of which have suffered enough. After you do the right thing and help New York State, you can hold China completely responsible for their negligence which caused this virus to spread and destroy America's economy! Send them a bill, mention New York State and the other states which were financially impacted and the many innocent lives lost and make China pay! Don't blame New York or the residents for China's atrocities!

We thank you for hearing the heart & soul of American citizens and look forward to these steps mentioned above and many others not mentioned being implemented immediately to avoid further disaster and destruction of America and its Allies!
