Stopping animal cruelty does much to stop the cruelty we inflict on each other as many animal abusers become perpetrators of violence against humans. Please take this issue seriously. Animals are innocent and unable to defend themselves against the humans who own or have access to them. They feel physical pain, just as we do, and also experience boredom, loneliness, and fear. If you have ever known the love of a pet or a stray or appreciated the beauty of a bird or other animal in the wild, then please do all you can to protect these very special creatures. From the pet owner to the corporate farming operations the laws need to be stiffer and enforced upon offenders every time the is evidence of abuse in any kind of way.
