PLEASE READ THIS!!! I am the office supervisor (for 19 yrs.) for a water and sewer plant in a small rural community that serves approximately 1200 customers. By the Post Office already changing their hours and only open until 12:00 has put a hurt on our office due to getting our bills out on time!!! Now with the delivery being cut back it will put a HURT AGAIN on our customers getting their bill paid ON TIME!! I can not believe that this is happening because we are having to work overtime to meet the Post Office schedule which is going to jepordize MY JOB because due to the changes my pay may get cut also because of the overtime to meet the Post Office schedules changing!!!! This so called CUT will put a hurt on soooooooo many people in so many ways that they do not look at!!!! PLEASE HELP OUR PEOPLE!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Rescind the mandate for excessive pre-funding. Reduce the number of layers (and the number of Players!) in upper level management. Eliminate the ridiculous amount of silly and/or duplicate reporting that offices are being required to do. Get back to operating the USPS as the SERVICE it was designed to be. Start paying attention to the suggestions from the Postmasters and employees. Remember--- the employees of the USPS are it's greatest asset!!!! Start treating them as if that is being recognized!! Employees already know that merely dropping the delivery of some of the mail on Saturdays WILL NOT save the large amount of money that is being claimed!REPORT COMMENTS
