Harker heights animal control should be ashamed for not taking care of their dogs . Raven that they claim is an Shar Pei mix is actually an american staffershire terrier and she was sick with the mange and an ear infection. they did nothing to help her suffering. -

There should be a Nationalized Standard Procedure for Rescue as well. Pets being removed from their owners with due process is stealing!! Rogue Vigilance in Rescue Abduction is happening all over the US. Blatant admission on social media. Something has to change.
