An innocent man stands convicted, let us not continue to punish him for a crime he did not commit by refusing to provide necessary medical treatment. Justice is not being served by his continued imprisonment.

This man is a victim of corrupt government individuals and agencies. He should he released. If the government can't own up to it's wrongs and do that, at least get him the care he needs!

There is no need to withhold this basic right. This man needs to receive adequate health care and he is a human being. This government needs to take that responsibility seriously. We, the people, govern this country and together we have made provisions that would fulfill this right for prisoners and political prisoners alike. Please do not ignore this issue and do what is necessary to fulfill this basic responsibility that is a mainstay of our justice system. If the government continues to deny him the care he needs, then that constitutes a form of "cruel and unusual punishment." We are asking and demanding that this issue be taken seriously, if not gravely. Please resolve this now.

It is time for this country to practice what they preach. Regardless of how one may personally view this case, he is a human being and a political prisoner. America has fought wars over these issues in other countries, yet will not face their own injustices here. Congress your choice is simple, do you wish to face this issue while providing adequate medical care and while he is still alive and voters can support your choice, or do you wish to face it in the aftermath of his death? Really, politically and publically it would be in the benefit of the indigenous people for you to wait as no one is really heard without some form of threat or ugly death. Because of the people?s peaceful choices much of the United States has remained ignorant to these issues. Waiting on his death only provides the media tool to spread the shame. Make the intelligent choice to allow him the treatment he needs and release him to be with his family to practice his own religion and receive medicine as all humans are supposed to be guaranteed in the America.

It is time to relook the case you had a judge railroad Leonard and if all evidence was considered he would be home right now!
