Pl. help us federally fund a mandate in support of closing down puppy mills. Pl. animal shelter are full every year,and are needlessly euthanized with owner surrend pets being the first to be killed.Animals Shelters are full lots of the times as a result of puppy mills.When the animal can no longer produce, many of the animals from the puppy mills are dumped on side of roads, or when they can't no longer afford them, etc.,then they end up in shelters, they get full, then the other adoptable animals get euthanized. Not FAIR!! Puppy mills.Shut down. We're trying to spay/neuter animals. Pl. lawmakers, help us.REPORT COMMENTS

Pl. We must ban puppy mills & promote adoptions from high kill shelters esp. for animals who were taken there B/C owner had to move, or just decided they didn't want a pet anymore. These healthy, friendly animals are the first ones to get euthanized, which is most definitely not fair b/c these animals are healthy, socialized & are used to be part of loving homes. It's not their fault their owners left them!!! And to kill them, just b/c of this is a tradegy!! Please help them !!! Thank you so much.REPORT COMMENTS
