PEACEFUL PROTEST Asking ZOO WORLD to expand its animal enclosures~ FLORIDA

Zoo World is Too Small for Another Lonely Giraffe! WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO INSPECT PREMISES?

Dear Congress, A Zoo is supposed to be a haven and shelter for animals of all kinds.

PUBLIC EVENT: JAN 5, 2013 PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA

Please share far and wide!! We need as many people as we can to show their support for this idea!! ZooWorld is a small zoo located on a small parcel of land right on Front Beach Road and the corner of Allison Avenue.

We have been pleading with ZooWorld for months to expand the enclosures and to stop buying animals that they do not have room for. Most of the animals there are confined to pens without room to run or exercise properly at all but because they are following the minimum requirements set by the USDA.

These requirements were created so that very basic needs would be met to keep the animal alive, with little consideration to it's wellbeing and happiness. We all know how important exercise is for us, not only for our physical health but for our overall wellbeing. These animals were made to MOVE and should be given space to do so! We have contacted the mayor, the county commissioner, the newspaper, the local news, etc. and have been ignored, ridiculed or met with excuses and people willing to defend this zoo without hesitation. The public needs to see that this is our zoo too as it represents OUR community!! We are a community that CARES!!

Please do not allow or permit small zoo such as this to expand beyond it's physical premises.

This is a terrible injustice to the animals causing stress and at this particular zoo, death.

WHERE is the accountability, WHO will speak up for these animals that have no voice? HOW

do local officials approach this community with complete DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE?

Thanking you for your consideration.
