The slaughter of wild horses or channeling to foreign countries for purpose of slaughter for consumption is irrepressible. I think if this country can send millions of taxpayer $s to overseas countries for very little reason we can take care of these wild horses and save them from greedy bastards - Americans and others. The horse is the age old symbol of the American west. -

The slaughter of our wild and domestic horses in this day and age is unbelievable. But, even more unbelievable is that we pretend at caring for these wonderful equines by sending them under horrible conditions to an even more hellish death in neiboring countries. Out of sight, out of mind does not let us off the hook. We have not been a nation that would brutally slaughter horses in the past. This should never happen. And, those that participate in this hideous slaughter either in the act, or approving of it, or in any other way allowing this to happen are not only evil. Horses throughout history have helped us build America. I fact in world history they have been paramount to the successes o humanity. They do not deserve this horrible fate. Also, the meat from these slaughters is usually tainted with all kind of diseases and pumped through with adrenalin and chemicals that are not good for humans. Please , vote to stop this hideous, brutal, unfair, and unsafe practice.REPORT COMMENTS
