This is an ugly and barbaric treatment of horses for what??? For the pleasure of winning a ribbon. We should learn to appreciate the NATURAL ability of these creatures. Their hearts are huge and they are very willing to please their human counterparts who treat them with love and compassion. To use these means to achieve your own selfish goals is to break the horses heart and spirit. It needs to stop and stop now. -
