Removal of children should be based on solid evidence and treated like a criminal case. Removal is extremely psychologically damaging for children. There should be no monetary insentive for the state from adoptions. Making money on selling children is akin to practice of slavery and human traffiking. -

Our daughter was taken from us on July 10, 2015. They took her based off false allegations, which we believed were never investigated properly. We are still fighting for her. We have cooperated with everything they have asked and they are stalling we believe cause we found out in October I was pregnant.Now they want to take our daughter when she is born. My fiancé still has not had any contact with our 1st daughter, all because he is not the biological father. He has been fighting and up until recently, her biological father has not done anything. We went to court in April and he decided to show up for the 1st time, demanding visitation. My 8 yr old wants nothing to do with him and wants to be home with us. I still get 1 hr supervised visit with her once a week when I have asked for more. They need to be stopped or restructured. We are good parents and have never harmed our child.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been violated by the perth amboy police department. They grabbed my son out of my arms and accused me of using him as a shield. I told them my name and I was charged with obstruction. I am in court with DYFS going on 2 years in August. The case has timed out and niw they took reunification off the table and are talking about adoption. My last attorney I hired took my money and never fought for me to be reunified with my son. Instead agreed that I should continue to do unneccesary evaluations, 3 month therapy and evalaluations again. I am not to live at my apartment all this time. My son and fiance live there. I rather my son stay in hus natural home then be in the home of a steanger. They forced my fiance who wanted temporary custody to become a fostet parent. My clothing has been there in my closets for nearly 2 years along with all my furniture. The adoption worker came to the house for a routine visit at 6pm with 3 police officers and a nurse and said she had to talk to a 3 year old in his room and he was questioned regarding me with an officer and the door closed? She went in what used to be my bedroom and saw my clothing thst every other worker saw. The apartment was approved knowing my stuff was there 2 times. She said there is a suspicion that I live there. There was no other evidence I was living there and I don't. Where is the rights for this child? Unconstitutional was the act and crime the adoption worker and police officer committed. My son was removed and placed with another foster home and was told he was going for a ride. He only eats organic fruit and certain foods. Days later he was rushed to the Emergency Room with a fever and instipation. He didn't make stool in 4 days. My son was placed in imminate danger. We go to court this week it will be addressed. I requested an emergent hearing prior this happening and the judge didn't think it was an emergency. Days later my son was in the ER?? Marsha the supervisior assured me this man would not have contact and that it was a safe home. She's a liar the man was there again with the mother of the children (they took the children from her because a cop found the children dirty, hungry, needles all over the house) these two low life's came to the begging for money for food. The children were traumatized by this and said they didn't want their mother to be hungry. Yet they continue to state that this man's parents house is best even though there are blood relatives willing to take the children in ( me being one of them) the ocean office just drags there feet claiming the kids are in a safe home. DCCP is trying to take my daughter, my daughter fell from jumping around because shes two and two years jump around and because i didnt get her follow up appointment in the time frame they wanted because i had a newborn and was in the hospital for a week, they now want a physical from their doctor my worker wont give me her supervisor number, ive been dealing with these people for a year and couple months, the removed both my kids i got them back within a month and now over an injury that was accidental, im being accused of harming my two year old, mind you i have a three year old and a newborn but im only soposably physically harming just my two year old. How does that make any sense? Dyfs needs to be stopped ! The emotional distress these people have caused me is beyond repairable and my kids are effected by this !REPORT COMMENTS

Everyone is getting paid from the corrupt judges to the lawyers, not All but you have many that only care about how much money they can milk from the cow( which is the parents that are involved) Nobody wakes up in the morning wanting to have the children that they have carried and nurtured for years taken for No reason but it keeps happening and nothing won't be done until somebody in this corrupt system gets seriously hurt, just like you the judge and DYFS have kids and love them dearly, we the tax payers of this Unites States love our kids too. What makes you any more better then the next person, I kept asking myself this all the time and come up with the same answer (nothing) so what gives you the right to destroy a mother or a father home when you had nothing to do with the birth of that child. I stay in prayer that one day that whoever involved with doing the wrong thing by families that (karma) comes back on you the one who allowing unjust behavior by these so called DYFS workers, lawyers etc. may the karma take its revenge on your family.
