    Why is it that the most basic common sense issues in this country take so long and extra signatures and fighting and stamping feet to get approved. Yet in a few seconds you approve raises and better benefits for yourselves without the care of anyone else, ever????? Enlighten me please, I will be waiting for your answer.

    My son Kalahan died at age 2 1/2 in March 2001 of Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood. If this law were in place covering the loss of a child it would have been helpful in my personal grieving process, but more importantly in that of my 3 remaining children. PLEASE do all you can to push this throught. thank you:)
