As a grieving mother who has lost two pregnancies and has one healthy child, I know how hard it can be to return to work after the loss of a baby. It is a devastating loss that strikes deep down to the core of our souls. Grieving parents need the time to process their grief, seek outside support and psychiatric help, if need be, without the fear that they will be terminated from their employment for taking the time to recover.REPORT COMMENTS
