This bill is tailored to the needs of only Indian national origin immigrants to the U.S.A. The bill is unfair since it aims at redistributing the existing visa number quota, without adding a single one to it, only to benefit India, whose big population and tendency to immigrate to the U.S. would mean that ~90% of all Green Cards would go to them if this became law.
