This registry has been needed for years. Violent animal offenders go and abuse animals over and over and untell now- with no one the wiser and no way to stop them from getting more animals who they kill,butcher,break bones ect. We need this in place to stop offenders from ever getting there hands on another helpless animal again and to be able to track them should they try to adopt or be around animals.The FBI states clearly that animal abuse is the first step to abuse of children-adult victims from said abusers, so we need this in place to not only stop a criminal from butchering a helpless animal but to also prevent thru tracking of the abuser any crimes they would carry out to humans as well.Tho this is about animals i understand and again this should have been passed years ago to stop all the animal abuse i have seen thru my years of working with abused and neglected animals who have been tortured by humans. This country needs to catch up to the demands of the people and put the offenders who willing hurt animals on this list. . -.REPORT COMMENTS
