Going through a disorder of my own not knowing I was mentally ill since a child , we need to spread that mental illness is not just a flu to this society & economy ,it's a fever that can be helped with if only people understood its the reason behind every suicide in the past few years.Raising awareness can lessen deaths& depression,no matter how severe your case may be. Raise awareness for mental illness & raise positivity amongst society,we can all do this together!
